27 original recordings by Anton Günther, made between 1921 and 1930 for six Berlin labels — Polyphon, Homocord, VOX, Lindström, Grammophon and the Institut für Lautforschung. The earliest commercial recording dates from 1907 (Kalliope, Leipzig). On most tracks Günther accompanies himself on guitar.
